May I be allowed to refer you to an interview you were good enough to give
o in the month of November last regarding the Claim of Mr Thomas Howard and myself to losses sustained with reference to the Praya Reclamation in front of Marine Lot Numbar 184 trọng trong
Since the Petition of Right was considered the wrong course to adopt I have moved the Action here by applying to the Supreme Court for leave to Appeal and the application was reefused on the ground that we were not within the time limited. I then petitioned the Court for leave to Appeal to His Majesty in Puvy Council which was granked as a matter of right.
I have since prepared and forwarded by the last Mail to the Registrar of Prevy Council the Record of the Proceedings as required by the Orders regulating appeals to His Majesty in Privy Council and the Petition will be presented and the matter carried through by my London Agents Messrs Trass & burver
